Pastoral Position Announcement
New Foundation Christian Center

New Foundation Christian Center is a non-denominational church prayerfully seeking a qualified, called, and visionary leader to serve as Pastor. The ideal candidate will demonstrate spiritual maturity, strong biblical teaching, and effective leadership to guide the church in fulfilling its mission and vision.

Pastoral Qualifications
The selected candidate must:

* Be a licensed and ordained minister
* Demonstrate a clear calling to pastoral ministry with sound judgment and spiritual discernment
* Have a minimum of ten (10) years of pastoral experience (preferred)
* Possess at least a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; theological seminary training is preferred
* Exhibit strong, biblically sound doctrine aligned with the church’s statement of faith
* Demonstrate the ability to effectively preach, teach, and apply God’s Word in a manner that connects with individuals across all generations
* Show proven leadership ability, including experience organizing, managing, and leading staff and ministries
* Demonstrate strong administrative and organizational skills
* Exhibit financial awareness and responsibility, including experience with budgeting and cash flow management
* Demonstrate the ability to work effectively with a diverse congregation across all ages and backgrounds
* Show a commitment to continued education, spiritual growth, and professional development

Applicants must submit the following materials no later than May 3, 2026 for consideration in the first round of candidate reviews:

* Personal Statement
* Statement of Doctrinal Beliefs
* Current Resume (including relevant non-ministry experience)
* Copies of ministerial license, ordination certificate, and any additional certifications
* Copies of all educational degrees
* Audio/video recordings or links to recent sermons and Bible teachings (CD, DVD, or online formats accepted)
* Three (3) letters of reference (non-family members only):
    * Current and/or former pastor
    * Colleague
    * Personal acquaintance
* A list of all social media platforms along with corresponding usernames (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)

Additional Information
All submitted materials will be held in strict confidence and used solely by the New Foundation Christian Center Hiring Committee for candidate evaluation.
Final candidates must consent to:
* Reference checks
* Educational and credential verification
* Criminal background check
* Drug screening
