Established Non-Denominational Church Seeking a Shepherd

We are a well-established, Bible-believing non-denominational church with a 34-year history of ministry, community impact, and faithful service to God.
Eighteen months ago, our beloved Pastor was called home to be with the Lord. He was an amazing, stand-up man of integrity, compassion, and unwavering faith. While we know he can never be replaced, we recognize that our church family is prayerfully prepared for the next shepherd God has in store for us.

We are seeking a Senior Pastor who feels genuinely called to lead, love, and shepherd a mature and committed congregation into its next season of growth.

* Preach and teach the Word of God with clarity, conviction, and relevance
* Be Spirit-led, prayerful, and grounded in sound biblical doctrine
* Lead with humility, integrity, and strong moral character
* Have a heart for discipleship, outreach, and community engagement
* Provide visionary leadership while honoring the church’s foundation
* Demonstrate relational warmth and pastoral care for all generations
* Possess organizational and administrative leadership skills

We are a church rooted in faith, committed to worship, and passionate about building strong families and impacting our community. We are not looking for someone to replace what was, but to lead what God is building next faithfully.
